Eat fresh produce and be careful with what you eat. Avoid drinking too much alcohol as this can dehydrate your skin and can cause premature aging of your skin.

Exercising is important to burn off energy and to work of your daily intake of calories, keep hydrated and drink lots of water when exercising. It’s recommended an average of at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise each day.

It’s important before going to bed to remove any makeup and apply a night time moisturising lotion which is often richer and works well over night to hyderate your skin.
It’s recommend we try and have at least 8 hours sleep each night. Sleep can have an impact on your energy levels and he look of your skin. Little sleep can affect ones facial appearance and can give a deprived look to your skin and your eyes can look puffy and can produce dark circles under the eye area.
Stress can speed up the signs of aging, which can lead to noticeable fine lines and wrinkles.
