- Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise on most days of the week.
- Be aware of eating out of habit and stop before you become full
- Choose from a variety of foods including vegetables, fruits, whole-grains, protein foods and small amounts of quality fats.
- Reduce saturated fat in your diet by limiting full fat dairy products and processed meats.
- Use healthy cooking methods like steaming or grilling.
- Avoid processed foods packed with unnecessary sugars and artificial additives.
- Drink lots of water!
