One of the most confusing aspects of Cosmetic Surgery is terminology. Liposuction, Liposculpture, Mega liposuction, Laser liposuction, Vaser liposuction, lipolysis and such terms are often used and can hard to distinguish. The truth is that in many situations they mean the same thing. Liposuction is the removal of fat via a suction apparatus. The liposculpture is reshaping. A surgeon will always be sculpturing whilst he sucks and therefore liposculpture is really the same practically as liposuction.
