The laser removes the heavy excess tissue form the upper eyelid so one can apply makeup on the lids. It also removes the lower lid bulge called the “fat bags” and the fine lines.

The upper lid has stitches for about 10 days and the lower does not have stitches as the procedure is done from the inside surface of the lower lid.

Possibly Yes. It has been Dr Lanzer’s personal experience that the eyes are often the reason people look tired because of either drooping and heaviness of the upper lid skin or the shadow on the lower lid from the fat bag.

Small stitches are placed under the skin in an area of about 6 centimeters in front of the ear and they lift the skin and it is fixed to the ear cartilage.

In most cases Dr Lanzer prefers to do a liposculpture of the neck, which produces a long last shape to the neck and jaw.

Dr Lanzer mostly does the procedure with the patients being awake. It takes him about 30 minutes and so long as you can cover in front of the ears one can return to work the next day.

Dr Lanzer likes to focus on the different ageing aspects of the face. The eye lids are opened and rejuvenated with the Co2 laser, the skin smoothed with the erbium laser, the skin lifted with a suture lift and the neck shaped with liposculpture.

Often patients say they look 10 years younger but there is no way of being precise or exact in such a prediction.

Generally no, none of the procedures that Dr Lanzer performs, produces that type of appearance. The goal is to look rejuvenated but not different or pulled.

Dr Lanzer has performed hundreds of breast reduction procedures over the past decade and his experience has shown that the skin contracts and elevates. The breast becomes much lighter and as the tunnels created by the liposuction close, the entire breast lifts and becomes smaller and tighter.

Dr Lanzer will remove fat according to your choice of size reduction. He removes usually between 400- 1000 mls of fat from each breast. Usually women like a size c.

Dr Lanzer’s long term experience has seen patients that have experienced heavy weight from the breasts feel an immediate relief.

In many cases the large breast can be removed just via the two liposuction nicks. In some patients there is also deep breast tissue and then Dr Lanzer does a small cut under the edge of the nipple to extract that tissue.

So many men are self conscious of the female appearing breast and avoid the beach. Mostly patients can return to normal activities.

Probably half of the patients have liposculpture of the stomach and flanks at the same time.
