Dr Lanzer explains a quick overview on some different procedures:
Skin: Wrinkled and sun damaged skin can become smooth, clean and freshened as a result of a laser treatment. Lasers remove the sun damaged layers, the body starts an amazing healing process. The erbium laser is for used for face resurfacing to remove any surface imperfections and to smooth out the wrinkles.
Lift: There are many different types of Suture lifts, Dr Lanzer uses, thin threads that are passed just under the skin to pull the outer skin layer upwards and outwards. The thread is fixed to the ear cartilage and produces an immediate lift in the skin without the need to excise any skin from the face.

Eyelid surgery is aimed at eliminating bags and wrinkles under the eyes and by removing the excess skin on the upper eyelid or opening the eye In females, ideally there is a visible upper eyelid platform to which makeup may be applied. With ageing and sun damage to the skin there is drooping and sagging on the upper eyelids and this overhangs and covers the upper eyelid. The lower bags beneath the eye can be removed without cutting the skin on the outside.
